The problem
A new GHL IP address has no sending reputation. ISPs (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) will throttle or flag high volumes from an unknown IP.
The approach
Ontraport (established reputation) carries the full list while GHL sends to a growing segment — roughly doubling every few sends.
The result
By email 15, GHL has proven deliverability across the full 26,600 contact list and Ontraport sends drop to zero.

Deliverability safety threshold
If GHL open rates drop below 15% on any single send, or complaint rates exceed 0.08%, hold GHL volume flat on the following send rather than increasing. Both platforms should be monitored after every send before the next goes out.

Overall status
All 7 requested changes have been addressed. One item (#4) is complete but requires a final decision from the client on the correct portal title.
What's needed from client
Confirm the correct title for the GHL community/course portal login page. "Mastermind" has been removed — replacement text is needed to finalize.

Open item — portal title needed (#4)
The GHL portal login page background image has been updated and "Mastermind" has been removed. We need the correct title to finalize this. What should the portal login page say? Please reply with the exact name and we'll get it updated immediately.

Recommendation — nbrcertification.com
This is currently a separate standalone funnel outside of nbr.education. Migrating it into the main site would give it the nav bar, consistent styling, and better SEO continuity. Worth discussing on the next call if you'd like to explore that path.
